1. Acceptance
By accessing or using glpbasepro.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is — and is not
GLPbase Pro is an informational business directory that lists third-party vendors relevant to US medical practices offering GLP-1 and weight-management services. The Service is intended for licensed US medical providers and businesses.
The Service is not medical, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and is not a substitute for independent professional and clinical judgment. Nothing on the Service creates a provider–patient relationship. You are solely responsible for your clinical, business, and legal decisions, including verifying any vendor's licensure and suitability for your practice.
3. No endorsement; sponsored listings; advertising
A listing on the Service is not an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or guarantee of any vendor or its products or services. Some listings are sponsored (paid advertising) and are marked "Sponsored." The order or prominence in which vendors appear does not reflect any rating, ranking, or endorsement by GLPbase Pro, and you should not infer quality from a vendor's position. "Verified" is not a warranty of quality, safety, legality, or fitness — see our Verification Methodology. You must conduct your own due diligence before engaging any vendor.
4. Third-party vendors and links
Vendors are independent third parties. We do not control, supply, endorse, or assume responsibility for their products, services, claims, pricing, licensure, or compliance. Any dealings you have with a vendor are solely between you and the vendor. You must conduct your own due diligence. Outbound vendor links are provided for convenience and are marked as sponsored where applicable.
5. Eligibility and accounts
You represent that you are at least 18 and accessing the Service for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Newsletter communications are governed by the Privacy Policy and may be unsubscribed at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Listings and account use must be strictly business and lawful. You agree not to: post political, off-topic, defamatory, harassing, obscene, deceptive, or unlawful content; misrepresent credentials or affiliations; market unlawful, off-label, or unapproved drug uses; scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service; or infringe others' rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, text, and compilation are owned by GLPbase Pro and protected by law. Vendor names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification (nominative) purposes only; their appearance does not imply the owner's endorsement of GLPbase Pro. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the directory or its compilation without permission.
8. Disclaimers of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that vendor information, credentials, or verification results are complete, current, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLPBASE PRO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR ANY VENDOR LISTED ON — THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GLPbase Pro from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your dealings with any vendor, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law.
