GLPbase Pro

Verification Methodology

GLPbase Pro · glpbasepro.com

GLPbase Pro lists vendors that serve US medical practices adding GLP-1 and weight-management programs. Where applicable, we check a vendor's category credential against a public source before listing it. This is a point-in-time check, not a guarantee — it may be incomplete or out of date, and we do not commit to monitoring or re-checking credentials on an ongoing basis. Here is what we check.

What "Verified" means — and what it doesn't

"Verified" means we confirmed the vendor's category credential against the public registry below. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, safety, legality, pricing, or fitness for your practice. You should always perform your own due diligence.

How we verify

Depending on the category, we check a vendor's relevant credential or business information against publicly available databases, official registries, and licensing or accreditation bodies — for example, federal and state licensing records, accreditation lists, and certification databases. The specific credential we checked for each vendor is shown on that vendor's own listing page.

A note on compounded GLP-1 medications

Listing a licensed compounding pharmacy means we confirmed its pharmacy licensure/registration — nothing more. We make no claims about the safety, efficacy, or legality of any specific compounded medication or its use. The FDA has issued guidance and cautions regarding compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Providers are responsible for exercising independent clinical and legal judgment about whether and how to use any product.
