1. Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when a user accesses glpbasepro.com (the "Service"). It applies to provider/business users, vendors, and visitors.

The Service is intended for business users. It is not intended to collect patient information or protected health information ("PHI"). Users must not submit patient names, patient photos, patient contact information, medical records, prescriptions, lab results, or other PHI through the Service. GLPbase Pro does not provide a HIPAA business associate agreement unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Information we collect

• Account information a user provides when creating or using an account.
• Listing information vendors submit for their profile.
• Saved-list information: if a user creates an account, they may save vendors to a list; saved vendors are associated with the user's account and used to provide the saved-list feature.
• Communications a user sends us (support, correction/removal requests, and related correspondence).
• Usage and analytics data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Payment and subscription information: paid listing tier, subscription status, and transaction metadata. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored directly by GLPbase Pro.

We do not intentionally collect patient or other protected health information through the Service.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; provide saved-list and vendor-profile features; verify vendor credentials or business information; process vendor subscriptions; send newsletters and service communications; respond to inquiries; analyze directory usage; maintain security; prevent abuse; enforce our Terms and vendor agreements; and comply with law.

4. Saved vendor lists

If a user creates an account, they may save vendors to a list. Saved vendor lists are not publicly displayed and are intended to be visible through the user's account. We use saved-list information to provide account features, improve the Service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell saved-list information.

5. Newsletter and communications (CAN-SPAM)

Creating an account may enroll a user in GLPbase Pro newsletters or service communications, depending on account settings and the signup flow. Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link; a user may unsubscribe at any time and we will honor opt-outs promptly. We do not rent or sell email addresses.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and analytics to understand usage, improve the Service, maintain security, and measure directory interactions. A user can control cookies through their browser.

7. How we share information

• Service providers such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, payment processing, security, and customer support, under appropriate confidentiality or contractual obligations.
• Vendors: if a user chooses to contact a vendor or request contact, information the user provides for that purpose may be shared with that vendor.
• Legal/safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms or vendor agreements, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, security, and safety.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money.

8. Privacy rights

Depending on a user's state (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA, Texas privacy law, and similar laws), users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of certain "sale" or "sharing" practices. To exercise rights, contact support@glpbasepro.com. We will not discriminate against a user for exercising rights.

9. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, and account-security measures. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and as required by law.

10. Children

The Service is for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
